What is Virtual Box?

Automate product release and end-of-life managementOracle VM VirtualBox is a popular, free, and open-source cross-platform virtualization software developed by Oracle. It allows users to run multiple operating systems, called "guest operating systems," simultaneously within isolated environments known as Virtual Machines (VMs) on a single physical computer, the "host." This hosted hypervisor works on various host operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux. VirtualBox is commonly used by developers and IT professionals for testing, demonstrations, running legacy applications, and creating isolated work environments without needing separate physical hardware.
