What is PSQL Client?

The Actian Zen PSQL Client is a lightweight software component that allows applications to connect to an Actian Zen (formerly Pervasive PSQL) database on a remote server. It provides the necessary drivers and libraries for client-side applications to communicate with the database without requiring a full database installation.
