The centralised recording of business-relevant events makes it possible to efficiently control extensive IT landscapes and manufacturer production facilities.
The following event protocol integrations are available to centralise all technical enterprise events:
- SNMP Traps - Events from network devices
- Syslog - Events based on log messages from hosts and networks
- OPC UA - Events from OT/IoT devices
- MQTT - Events from OT/IoT devices

Service-level management
Service-level management (SLM) is defined and monitors the quality of IT services provided. It is an ITIL process discipline whose goal is to bring the performance of IT services permanently in line with customer expectations.
Service-level aggrements and service-level objectives are stored in Versio.io in the Asset & Configuration Inventory. This allows standard functionalities of the Versio.io platform, such as reporting or IT governance, to be available and the data to be used by customers via One-API.
Service-level management in Versio.io offers the following functionalities:
- Definition of service-level agreements (SLA) to group service level objectives.
- Definition and identification of service-level objectives (SLO) to determine service quality in terms of availability and performance (latency).
- Visualization of SLO status over time as well as their metrics (error budget) in a dashboard.
- Accounting of penalty payments based on SLO definitions and SLAs.
