Asset Management

Structured recording of non-digital assets and mapping of relationships to configuration items in a central repository

Free trial In a nutshell NIS2

Versio.io supplements the automatic capture of the IT landscape in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with powerful Asset Management (AM) for a company's non-digital assets. This allows information gaps to be closed and a complete digital representation of the organization to be created.

Structured capture and centralized management of non-digital assets

Not all company assets are available in a digital form or are not yet available at a dedicated point in time. This means that these assets cannot be recorded automatically. Versio.io offers the possibility to record these assets manually, to place them in relation to other assets & configuration items and thus to enable a complete digital twin of a company.

In contrast to automatically recognized configurations, we understand assets to be all instances that have to be recorded manually. Versio.io enables their structured documentation and offers seamless integration with the CMDB - for a consistent and holistic digital picture of IT and organization.

Examples from assets that we have already successfully implemented in customer projects

Thanks to Versio.io's schema freedom, assets can be defined and structured in a completely customer-specific way - according to the individual requirements of your company. • Organizational chart - Company, department, team etc.
