To analyse the event, it is important that all detailed information is available. Versio.io offers a visualisation by means of the event root cause. This allows users to easily understand who triggered the event, which protocol and gateway was used to record the event, how the event is assessed (severity, classification PR index) including categorisation in the risk matrix and, of course, the specific event message.
Versio.io also links directly to the configuration item if it exists in the CMDB inventory.
