The Versio.io asset & configuration inventory detects any change in your IT landscape and organisation. This change is visualised in the live change tracking dashboard.

All changes are mapped in a chronological timeline and corresponding meta data is displayed in tabular form. This way you have all relevant information about changes in one place.

Versio.io detects 1000s of changes every day. To manage the mass of changes, powerful filtering options are available. This allows you to limit the context to your area of responsibility.

In Versio.io you can define change requests. The change request contains all the necessary information about what is to be changed, when and by whom.

In the change request execution monitoring, you can follow live in the planned change period whether and how the planned change is implemented. At the end of the planned change period, you can trigger corresponding notifications to the stakeholders in case of non-compliance.

Objective and efficient service provider control through fully automated change request execution documentation

Versio.io automatically creates documentation on the completeness and correctness of the execution of the planned change request after the defined execution time for the change request has expired. This documentation supports you in service provider management.

The evaluation of the change request execution is based on the following categories:

  • Ahead - Change was already implemented before the change period
  • Pending - The following instances affected by the change request should change in the change period
  • Deleted - The following instances affected by the change request were deleted during the change period
  • Unchanged - The following change request instances did not change as planned during the change period
  • Expected - The following change request instances have changed as planned during the change period
